Gorgeous ocean views, picturesque pool, beautiful old trees
Cold showers were unbearable after long days!!! The hotel could really improve on their communication with guests — we felt ignored concerning postcard mailing requests. Also, the price was high without breakfast included!!!

Perfect for families seeking relaxation
The staff was excellent and really made our stay special. We enjoyed the joint balcony from our room, it was great having that fun connection with friends while watching howler monkeys in the trees.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable considering the overall experience.

A beautiful introduction to Costa Rica
Waking up to the soothing sounds of the ocean was a delight. The pace of life here felt refreshing, and the staff treated us like family, always eager to help. The landscaping surrounding the hotel is a tropical paradise.
However, our room was in need of upkeep. There were minor cleanliness issues and the dinner service was slow, leaving us waiting longer than expected. I wished for a better dining experience.

The Hotel Bosque Del Mar Playa Hermosa is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our Junior Suite was spacious, with a cozy corner perfect for lounging and enjoying the views. The beach just steps away is beautiful, and we loved relaxing by the pool while listening to the ocean waves.
The dining options were a bit pricey.
